Richards, Dolores A. "Dee" (Nee Wagner) Passed away Ash Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Colonial Manor in Glendale. Dee was born in Racine, WI on August 21, 1944, to Joseph and Ruth Wagner. She graduated from St. Catherine's High School and Alverno College (BA) and UW Milwaukee (MS). On September 29, 1984, she married Don Richards. She is survived by her husband Don; her sisters Elaine (Fred) Peklo and Lorie Kosterman of Racine; her nieces Debbie (Fred) Swenson, Sheryl (Gary) Estep and Jennie (Bob) Carder of Racine; and great-nephews Greg Goetsch, Nick Estep and Jim Parkhill. She is also survived by Don's three brothers, Jim (Peggy), Ed ( Mary Ann) and Bob (Joanne), and their children. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Rosemary Wagner. She was also preceded in death by Don's parents, Greg and Rose Richards. Her funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 13, at Blessed Trinity Church, 4700 North 39th Street in Milwaukee, one block south of Hampton Ave. Dee was dedicated to progressive social causes, kept a watchful eye on Don's four successful political campaigns, and was a dedicated member of Blessed Trinity Church, as well as an enthusiastic flower gardener and amateur artist. She will be missed for her sense of humor, her ability to deal with life's vagaries, and her love of her husband, families and friends.
