75, of Arlington Heights, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at home. He was born on May 14, 1944 in Franksville, Wisconsin. Born the son of Bozna Bessie Kuzela and Simon Krizan. Simon married Rosemary Kish. He attended Marquette University and received his degree in Electrical Engineering. He enjoyed researching genealogy, was a member of Schaumburg Area Photographic Society, being part of Joliet Area Theatre Organ Enthusiasts, and Midwest Chapter Model T Ford Club International. Simon will be deeply missed by his wife Rosemary. He will be dearly missed by his son Carl (Jasmine) Krizan and grandson Aiden Krizan, as well as sister Betty Sietz. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Simon is preceded in death by his parents Simon and Bozna, brother Harry, and sisters Alice, Pat, and Kathy. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Strouf Funeral Home from 5 to 6 p.m. and on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 9 -11 a.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery Highway 32.
